Privacy Policy

Unihelper Teknololoji Ltd (Part of Education Teknoloji Group) (the Company) has created this Privacy Policy in order to disclose its use of personal data you (the User) give to the Company when you access or use the Company’s internet services, sites and software (hereinafter referred to as the Website).

This policy covers only data and information collected through the Website and not any other data collection or processing.

1. Information Collected and Utilized

When you request any information, register as a user, participate in surveys, post anything on our website, upload content, or in any other method send us data on our Website, we will typically collect data, including user name, password, gender, occupation, full name, and contact information. We may also collect payment information. In each case, you will be aware of what is collected in the Website, because you will be the sole author and submitter of said information.

The Company will regularly collect information from your computer or mobile device, such as your browser, operating system, IP address, time spent on the website, clicks and search queries, and other data, often through the use of Cookies. If the Website is accessed on your cell phone or other mobil device, the Company may collect mobile device identifiers, including the device type, telephone number, and country. The Company will store this information on its own equipment or that of a third party with whom the Company has a contractual relationship. You are entitled to a copy of any information we store pertaining to you.

2. Uses of Data and Privacy

The Company will never share the information provided or collected with another Company. The information will be used for the Company’s daily administration, customer services and occasional marketing. You have the option to stop receiving marketing communications at any time.

In the event you have provided information about a third party, the action confirms that you have their permission to provide it to us, and the Company will be able to process their personal data, that you have told them who the Company is and what the data will be used for.

3. Sensitive data

You have the option to enter credit card or debit card numbers and verification information through our secure website. We also accept PayPal payments. We never store Customer’s sensitive data; however, if you are a Writer for the Company, your bank details, supplied by you, will need to be stored in order for efficient payment. The Company guarantees to take all reasonable precautions for the security of your sensitive information.

4. Consent

Any use who uploads data to the website does so by choice. If you upload any information to the website, you are consenting to the use of any personal information provided to the Company as set forth within the Privacy Policy and accompanying Terms of Service.

5. Security

The Website has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under the Company’s control. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Further, some methods of communication, such as emails, are not secure or encrypted. The Company does everything reasonable to protect your information, but cannot guarantee its security.

6. Amendments

The Company is within its rights to amend this Privacy Policy at any time. If the Company chooses to use personal information collected through the Website in a substantially different manner from what is agreed to at the time of collection, the Company agrees to notify users via email and/or by announcing any changes in writing on the Company’s website at least 30 days prior to such use or by other means as required by law.

In the event of a sale, merger, or an other event affecting the ownership or control of the Company, user information could be disclosed as part of any process or transaction exchanging ownership, and could be used by the purchaser. If the new business makes substantial changes to the provisions described herein, you will be notified by email and/or via an announcement in writing on the website, you may opt-out of the use of your information.

The Company reserves the right to disclose any relevant information, including email address and identity, uploaded by and the circumstances surrounding said upload to any third party for purposes of operating the Website properly; protecting itself, its partners and its visitors; and complying with court orders or government requests.

9. Rights to Use Materials

To the maximum extent permitted by law, if you upload material to the Company, including research, documents, and papers, you grant the Company a nonexclusive and international (revocable only as described below), royalty-free right and license to make, use, sell, distribute or otherwise exploit all such content and materials for the purpose of using the material publically on the Website.

You warrant that: (i) you own any content posted by you on the Website, (ii) such action does not violate the privacy rights, the rights of any person or entity, and (iii) the posting of your data on the Website will not result in a breach of contract between you and a third party or parties. You agree to pay for any and all damages and other monies owed to any third person or entity as a result of the content posted by you on the Website. You further indemnity the Company and its affiliates from any claims as a result of content posted by you on the Website.

When you give the Company contact information (such as your name and email address) and any other personal information, the Company has the right to use the information in any manner set forth herein The Company may communicate with you, or through a third party, via the account registered with the Website or in other methods disclosed from your contact information (such as email, phone, or postal mail). The Company may also use said information to create an account, send you information about the Company, or even job offers. The Company is entitled to use personal information to maximize your experience on the website, including showing you content the Company thinks you might be interested in, and display said content. If you upload a resume to the Company, third parties may have access to said information and can view the personal information contained within. If you do not want your personal information posted on the Website, do not upload it to the Website.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Privacy Policy, any subsequent agreement between the User and the Company and any dispute arising from this Agreement will be governed as to all matters under the laws of the State wherein the Company has its primary place of business. Each of the Parties hereby consents to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the courts located in said state.

11. Miscellaneous

This Agreement, with any amendments and/or any additional agreements you may enter into with the Company in connection with the Website, sets forth the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter herein. Said Agreement supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement. The parties agree said provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
